Am I the only person on here who finds the "C" word very offensive? No offense, Lint_Licker, but no matter how ignorant and stupid that crazy woman is, you're still a pig. We should all have some class and at least a little respect for women. And, btw, I absolutely love this website, but it could definately do without words like that.

its funny how all these Claymates are freaking out because he came out. Get over it people, put away your stones and look at your own Idol worshiping lives and realize people are not the images you see. Clays coming out was long overdue. True fans will support him and not throw out Bible thumping quotes to make themselves more important.

guinnyd what Simon was quoted as saying was "Wow, that's a shock. It's like being told Santa Claus isn't real—unbelievable," the American Idol judge told Extra, before turning serious. "Good for him...it's the right thing for him," he said. "I don't think anyone cares. Let's face it. It's 2008." He sounded very sarcastic to me in the first part. Now he and Ryan just need to come out together. I am ammused at the person who stated "we used to call him our boyfriend." If she wants to fantasize that Clay is her boyfriend, she still can. The fact that he is openly gay is not going to decrease the likelyhood of her meeting him. If someone calls her on it, all she has to reply is that it her fantasy-she can have it any way she wants it. In my mind Harrison Ford did not get older, he is still a mix between Han Solo, and Indiana Jones.

night_sky_7 The "C" word? It's CUNT. Don't be afraid of a word; on its own, it's powerless.

I do know it, funnystone. That's why I am commenting. It's entirely unnecessary to be that nasty. We should have a little bit more class on here. I for once feel sorry for these insane women. It seems their life has no meaning without Clay. Sucks to be a senior. I always thought he was creepy. To them being a fan is like a religion. I was obsessed with a series of books 100 years ago and saw pictures of the forum people meeting in person and having a fanclub party. That cured me (big time). All of them were women over 300lb or handycapped

The band Queen's lead singer, Freddie Mercury was gay. I am not. Does that mean I am not supposed to appreciate and respect the greatness of music produced? Does that mean I can not be a fan of their art? I am not a fan of Clay but if I liked his music, then I would be. Regardless, I still respect him as an artist. Sexual prediliction has nothing to do with respect or liking the art produced and should not determine appreciation or being a fan of an individual artist. Who are We to tell someone else how to live their life if not harming others? Who has a right to impose their personal likes and dislikes on others? Do we really know if sexuallity is determined by choice or genetics? How do You explain hermaphrodites ( person born with both sexual organs), if sexuallity is determined by an individual's choice? My point is individual prejudices over things that do not affect our lives where a person might not even have ability to change should not determine respect for another human being. As for Clay Aikens, it is his right not to declare sexuality, if so desired. He never, as it is my understanding, intimated anything until recently, pertaining to sexual direction! As long as another person does not try to impose their beleifs on myself in any missionary direction, or attempts to harm another, I will give respect that a fellow human being deserves. I am no better or worse than another, unless I am , or They are disrepectful to another person' inate rights.

I don't understand why everyone is making it a big deal. Clay is gay. Good for him. I know a lot of gay men and I think it's wonderful that he's doing whatever makes him happy. I'm sure that when his child is old enough to read and understand the 15 year old tabloids, he's not going to care if Clay came out the same time he was born. I cannot stand hypocrites. I am a Christian, but the Bible advises us not to do a LOT of things....and SHOCKINGLY....many people continue to do them. Being homosexual is just one of those many things. To each their own folks, who are we to judge? That is not our job. Do any of us know Clay Aiken? Probably not. So why are we making his sexual life any of our business? People need to realize that he is a person just like everyone else and get over it already.

This is one of the most insane things I have ever read. Thanks for taking away five minutes of my life. This cunt needs to close her legs and shut her mouth. Thou Shalt Not Hate should have been the 11th commandment.
