I can't imagine a situation in which I would ever buy a Josiah Leming album, but he certainly has every right to put one out. AI doesn't want him, but doesn't want anyone else to have him? Sheesh.

Maybe Idol can get away with telling him he can't use their name in promotion, i.e. 'as seen on AI7' but seriously they can't possibly block him making an album when they rejected him before the top 24. Or maybe they will rethink giving so much airtime to someone they're going to kick off so early in the future, I mean really, he got more airtime during the audition shows than alot of the top 12 even. I had picked him to go far just by how much they showed him. They are the most greedy bunch I've ever seen, besides I'm sure he would have gotten the contract with out the '15 minutes' idol gave him.
