Gina Glocksen is Taking the Keys

Season 6 Idol contestant Gina Glocksen has a new song called "Taking the Keys". Since she's friends with Chris Sligh and all, we were expecting better. The song is embarrassingly bad and the lyrics aren't nearly as fun as the Pink ripoff they're trying to be. Oh well. Also, a word of advice. The butterfly looks like a V, so it looks like Gina's name is V-Gina. Might want to refrain from that to keep out the obvious jokes.

I don't think the song is too bad, but yea... it doesn't sound right. Doesn't sound like something Gina should be singing..

..and I think it sounds almost exactly like a My December song, though I can't place for the life of me which one. Maybe 'Dont Waste Your Time'?

Either way... not very good as a Gina song.

Gina needs to get together with Jessica Svajgert and they can become Svajgina.

I liked the song and thought it had a good message. So many lives have been touched by drunk driving and i think it's great she's having some meaning to her work.

having said that though i gotta agree about the Vgina thing!

I like the song too. Hey it isn't a grammy winner but it was good. I really enjoyed it. I can't wait to hear what else Gina does.
