Canadian Idol is Canceled, Over, Kaput, Done

We heard from a few sources this week that Canadian Idol has closed up shop and does not plan to have a season 7. We'll see if an official announcement comes out anytime soon, but we expect that the show is over. Somewhere Zack Werner is probably having a nice, tall drink.

Edited To Add: Official word's out now. And one source gives us credit for breaking the story. We were right, as always. ;)

Fetus was never going to be on the show again anyway.

I enjoyed CI but I'm kind of indifferent to this news. Every show has to come to an end at some point.

Well,that sucks. Maybe we'll get another talent competition to add to VFTW. If Rockstar comes back, we could back that show.
