Emily Wynne-Hughes, the pink haired rocker who the judges seemed to wet themselves over, has reportedly been ordered by a judge to wear a SCRAM bracelet after being brought to court for a DUI. TMZ says that this happened back in July, and after Idol got a whiff, this is probably one of the reasons she was booted in Hollywood. Now will her bandmates kick her out of the band too? Guess we'll see.

Gosh.. You guys are on it. I just read that on TMZ like right before getting on here.. Man I thought she would have been fun to see melt down on hell week. Too Bad for her. She does have a band to go back to right... Maybe

Unless she was bounced by her band (Which she has not been at this time), she would have been nuts to go through with AI unless her band/label advised her to go to get more publicity.
