Ok, hopefuly I can help clear up a few missconceptions about Danny and his wifes charity. First the charity was being developed shortly after the passing of Sofia, by Danny and Sofias family and friends. The reason there isnt much info about the charitie's goals and direction is because it is still in its infant stages of developement. Danny and everyone involved know that the main thing they want the charity to do is help children in every way it can. The reason for this is is because Sofia loved kids and wanted her own but never got a chance to because of the obvious reason. For the record the reason for the latin dance charity event is because Sofia was a peurto rican woman who loved to dance. No Danny was not there. The event was held at a club which is owned by a friend of Danny's and the entire venue was donated by this gentleman so all proceeds could go to the foundation. That is why the flyer looks like a club flyer. As far as the church affiliation with the charity it is simply helping by giving a starting point for donations until the charity gets itself completly up and running. Still not one red cent of the charity donations ever go towards the church (and no Im not a member of the church). Also Danny does not get paid, all his time as well as everyone helping is completely donated. Last but not least Danny doesnt want to keep talking about his wife, but after he answers the questions asked its up to the producers of AI on what gets aired. I posted this simply to give you all a little more insight on the subject at hand. You all are entitled to your opinions, thats the great thing about this country. I just want you to know that the guy you are all being so hard on is actually one of the truest and most honest people you will ever meet! In closing Ill try to pop in once and a while and answer any and all questions that I can honestly, so please ask away.

In closing Ill try to pop in once and a while and answer any and all questions that I can honestly, so please ask away. How much money did you get for this TL:DR bs? Do you get an ongoing cut from the scam foundation? Do you and all the other dodgies behind this do not realise that because this scam is hiding what it does with the money and doesn't offer any public accounting whilst asking people to blindly give makes it smell to high heaven? What a crock. the guy you are all being so hard on is actually one of the truest and most honest people you will ever meet! MY ASS.

madjay, welcome. There is no reason a charity should ask for money from people to generically "help children in every way it can" until it lets prospective contributors know what kind of help that is. Are we talking after school tutoring or trips to Disneyland?? There's a big range of "help" that it could encompass, and truly reputable charities are transparent about where the money is going. I'm sure there will be plenty more questions that people here will have for you, as you have volunteered to be Danny's mouthpiece about this subject. I would suggest, as nicely and politely as I can, that you work on your spelling and punctuation before your next post, however, as it will be difficult for many here to take you seriously with so many elementary errors.
