Well, that video speaks volumes. Adam comes across as a pro, while the other two couldn't look dumber, more tongue-tied or more awkward in front of a camera. I liked Adam's comment in response to the interviewer's stupid question, "hair dye and a flat iron, dumbass". OK, the "dumbass" part was implied.
