well i guess we have different opinion cause if i look at him his still sooo commercial to me hes so boyband-ish, hes so boy next door-ish singer of course he has the voice and a talent to sing but how much more can he gets well not to mention he has an experience working in the gospel church as singer which is a good credentials but still i dont see him that edgy enough to make a name of himself he can be a strong bet for everyone but i see him all around that can be compare to other pop star not in contrast to other pop star

yes american idol has talent though im not really updated to it though but looking back to the past winner yes i really do agree letting david cook win cause he can sings everything from rock music to r&;B and pop he has the voice that can sing any song and able to make a good revival to mariah's song into much alternative music which in compare to david achuleta hes too commercial and gay-ish pop music loved by hopeless romantic teens and teenage crush fantasy he can sing of course but people just look at him for his look more than he can sing
