Julissa Veloz New Music on MySpace

In another "just goes to show you Idol is stupid" moment, one of the Hollywood rejectees that VFTW loved is using MySpace to promote her music, and it's actually pretty decent! Spicy Latina Julissa Veloz has up some original music that shows how much more "commercial" she is than alien tranny and how much more "current" she is than the tattooed spaz. Now we're just waiting for some original music from Tatiana and Normund too!

What ever happened to that chick who sang a self-written song about her "boo" or "trick" or something (and I don't mean the fantard that handed Kara her scrapbook while she trembled and wept)? It was really clever and catchy, and used a lot of young, hip words that both Randy and I could only guess at their meaning. The produces probably adjudged her too "urban" for their contest, prefering commercial tranny aliens instead...

After the Fabulous Tatiana, Tiara girl was my favorite for having a goofy-interesting personality and could actually sing. So of course she didn't last long. The songs on her myspace are sort of generic, but there are worse that have been hits. If she wrote them herself (?) then she's got more talent than most.
