Ahhh...such a treasure! Too bad AI buried it! So refreshing to see some one who truly doesn't give two shits! I think I like her way more now than I ever did on the show! Good for you, Megan. Live long, prosper, and love your son!

Go, Megan!!!! It's great that she's not intimidated by the whole American Idol machine. She is well-spoken and polite!!! Simon should take some lessons from her on how to be a decent human being!!! Go, Tatgirl!!! When I got my 2 tattoos, the arm one didn't hurt, but the ankle one hurt like hell!! The more work over the bone, the more it HURTS, so she is one TOUGH girl who can get through the pain. A girl like that is NOT going to be crushed by Simon's mean comments. She can hold her own and will do just fine!!! Hope to see you in Sandy, Utah some time!!! Give a huge hug and kiss to your sweet little boy!

My hope is that she goes back to whatever band she might have been in, and start her own tour, like Chile did. The AI publicity should be a nice boost. And, her own tour would be a hell of a lot better than the AI crapfest.

Well, Megan seems like a genuine sweetheart. I'd actually be very interested in hearing what kind of album she'd wind up making. It seems like she's got some eclectic tastes.

Agree I like her more for not caring what the Brit windbag had to say just then. Sorry hate that ugly fucking tattoo shit.

Ah, that was a terrific interview on Megan's part. She stands by everything she did and said on that show.

They seemed awfully curious about where her other tats were, though!

I love that girl. Huge props to Megan for not backing down or qualifying her "I don't care" comment. The judges were so shitty to her for so long, and she really took the high road.

She seemed like the weight of the world had been lifted from her shoulders. She was no doubt tired of all the backbiting of the other contestants and all the double talk from the "judges." She impresses the hell out of me. She may be a lot of things that her critics don't like, but she's got guts and guts is enough!

I never thought this would happen, but Megan has totally replaced Tatiana (whom I worshipped) in my heart. She is just the coolest chick ever.

Via MJ's Big Blog, here is Megan's interview on Fox this morning. It's pretty good. She says she doesn't care what the judges had to say to her and says their rude opinions didn't matter. That's right! And you'll have the last CAW while you're on tour, making the big bucks.
