I reflect on what has transpired after I posted and forgot Syesha Mercardo played the race card too much. And yeah, she was a poor mans Whitney Houston. I think though she could teach Lil something. She is starting to bore me. I cant say that here in Memphis for fear of death!

LOL... That pic is funny... I don't think Syesha was comparing her performances on idol to the civil rights movement though... It's just that she sang "A Change Is Gonna Come" that was THE song during the civil rights movement and she mentioned why she was emotional about the song... I liked that photo mostly because she was the only black person left after top 10. But I loved Syesha while she was on idol. VFTW never picked her as the worst so I'm sure you guys know she was good. She'll have a great career, I'm sure of it... J-Hud didn't shine until 2 &; a half years after she was booted at top 7... it's only been 8 months since the tour, lets wait and see.... BTW, she doesn't have a single out yet... right? I wonder what she's gonna sing... Maybe it'll debut on that show.
