What a bitch! Are there not signs every two miles clearly stating how much the violation costs to be in the carpool lane? Oh he was probably texting while driving and didn't notice them... ALSO against the law in CA. I hope he goes to court to try and fight this one and gets thrown in jail for a night on a contempt charge for backtalking the judge like he did to Simon. That would be priceless!

Can a California worster go smack him around, and then claim that they did not know what assault was, and thus should not be in trouble? What a moron. He must have a bad case of ADD, since he could not do a 3:34 long video without checking and then responding to text messages. IF California law is like Texas law, if he goes to court to fight the ticket, and the cop does not show up, then the case is dismissed. Because the officers are usually too busy working, many of them cannot (be bothered to) show up for a minor traffic violation.
