Man do I always feel that I need to be on the defensive in here. I grew up Southern Baptist. I currently go to an extremely conservative Independent Baptist that still uses the King James.

I believe in witnessing for the cause, praying, and a lot of other things that many of you would think I can most definitely be called a "Jesus tard".

However, I don't want Danny to win, and if I voted (I'm not usually home when voting is occurring), I would probably vote for Adam. Why? Because his voice to me is amazing. It has nothing to do with his lifestyle. Personally, if he chooses that, that is between him and God (see, I'm so conservative I believe it's a choice).

Danny's faith and belief in my opinion should exclude him from this competition. The last thing he should want is to be an idol, worshiped by millions. Um, I know the Bible is completely against that, but maybe he goes to one of those types of churches that doesn't believe everything in the Bible, just what works for them.

This competition isn't about any of that, it's (supposed) to be about singing. Just because I don't approve of Adam's lifestyle, doesn't mean that I don't want him to win. Personally, I want the most talented person to win, however, they were probably never even let through to the judges during auditions because they weren't pretty enough or a plant.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a worster at heart. However, I'm not a worster tard blindly leading for whoever is picked for the worst. I did vote early and often for our poster children, Tatiana and Normund Gentle. They totally deserved to be here. And if they don't bring back Normund for the finale show, TPTB are just plain IDIOTS!

These retards just slay me. Where is all this hot-blooded passion for these contestants after the show ends and they put out a crappy Idol produced album? They support these douches during the show no matter how bad they are but the support sure seems to stop when the show is over. Taylor Hicks is a classic example. What happened to all of his ridiculous Soul Patrol fantards? Oh that's right, he did so well, he was dropped by his record label. hmmmmm......

It never ceases to amaze me....although it certainly should, by now....how ingrained anti-gay hysteria is into American culture. "Danny4ever" proves that. Adam is "bad" simply because he's gay. Adam should be picked because he's gay, and Danny's didn't "do" anything.

I have been lurking forever on this site. Have always enjoyed the sarcasm, insights, etc. Never really felt compelled to respond until now. (I know, right?)

Jamie Gokey - gonna have to assume you are merely a troll, using someone else's name with which to post. Those in the industry know that you never say disparaging things about another performer - especially so early in a career. For you to align yourself with Danny, and say such things really could hurt him in the long run. I'm sure that Danny would not want to say the things that you have said in public. I am hoping that he knows better. If you are related to Danny, I would suggest that you crawl back into your hole, until his career is well established. Even then - you could come out, but please don't actually say anything.
