I used to be a server at a Red Robin as well, and I can attest that Danny's family and friends are all a bunch of douches.

Apparently tipping the waiter/waitress isn't something that was elaborated much on in the Bible. I'd blame the Old Testament, but at least we Jews have manners. We'd leave some spare change and hard candy.

Maybe the hokey Gokeys didn't tip because they are saving their pennies to pay off his $6000 food fight cleaning bill?

Actually tard, only the restaurant makes money in that scenario. Servers typically make 2.13 an hour (unless they live in NY or CA) They live on tips, as they don't receive paychecks. I never got a single paycheck because that awesome 2.13 paid my taxes.

Servers also have to tip out-at the very least to all bartenders and busboys on shift. Some restaurants force servers to subsidize hostesses, dishwasher and expo as well-at least one percent of SALES each. At one place I paid out 10 percent of SALES to help the restaurant make more profit so they didn't have to pay the hostesses a fair wage.

So, if those assholes didn't tip, not only do the servers not make a dime, but actually have to PAY for the priveledge of waiting on them, as that tipout money is paid no matter how much the server walks with. If you refuse to tip, you're actually costing a server money. If you can't tip, stay the fuck home.

I enjoy American Idol. Have since it all started eight years ago. Love it, love it, love it. And this year has been the fiercest competition yet.

Yeah, Allison was booted off last week. Yeah, VFTW asked people to vote for Danny Gokey. And, I am one fan who was saddened by all of this. Fine ... our choice of contestant should STILL become the next American Idol.

But, that's the point, isn't it? WE choose to vote for whom we wanted to go through. And not just us, but anyone who watches the show. Apparently, VFTW had a little bit of an influence on it, but so did the rest of us, even those who accuse this website of "... RUINING AMERICAN IDOL FOR EVERYONE," in big, brash lettering. Simply put, not enough of us who liked Allison voted for her. Shame on US for letting her down.

What's my solution for dealing with all this? Laughing.

You can go on spitting bile at VFTW all you want; it's your democratic right. I, an AI fan, am fully convinced that there is pure, burning hatred constantly eminating from the masters of this website to the show that I love. I get that. But, you know what? It's really funny, much of the time! The caricatures this website has of some of the contestants are great, even classic at times. Some of the blurbs of said contestants have made me gasp a few times. But, that is the stuff comedy is made of. So, really people, LAUGH already.
