When will these poor musicians learn it's not solely about the music on this show if at all. It's about ratings... and Tatiana is a ratings MASTER! She's quite possibly the most entertaining reality show contestant I've ever seen.

is this guy joking? does he seriously not understand that he SUCKS? it would have been funny to see these two perform, though. they would have sounded horrible ! and i did not need to hear gokey sing, i thought i was done hearing that once and for all. =P

Scott should stfu since he sucked anyway. He only got so far because of his handicap. The guy looked like a clown anyway. He should have had the decency to wear dark glasses so that we didn't have to look at his freaky eyes.

I definitely would have preferred to see more Scott and less Sarver, but nothing

should have been eliminated involving Tatiana or Katrina. Personally I am still

waiting to hear that Tatiana and "Coach" from Survivor having a reality show....

There's a recording of the rehearsal for the Piano Duel on Scott's MySpace, and it's actually pretty decent.

Oh, please! If the producers loved it as much as he says they did, thiking it could be the best part of the finale, they wouldn't have pulled it. Maybe they cut it because they finally realized SCOTT CAN'T SING. He's awful, the most expendable, - that is the real reason.

bluegenie: the producers don't make decisions based on musical talent (case in point: the majority of the top 13). Scott wasn't the best singer there, but he's definitely not the worst. Sarver, Jasmine, Jorge, and Lil are certainly competing for the worst singer title. At least Scott's good musical tastes and sense of humor made his performances fun to watch. I don't know if the piano duet would've been the best part of the finale... but think of all the stupid crap they kept. The fact that they showed at least 45 minutes worth of stupid judge-Ryan banter, Idol "awards", performances by washed-up 70's singers/Gokey, etc. while completely excluding anything by ONE contestant (we saw everyone else) is insulting.

Matt Giraud made it to the top 5. Lil Rounds went home before him. Jasmine Murray went home WAY before him. Jorge....Sarver....Megan Joy... Even Scott went before him. Matt did a few lines of Black Magic Woman with Santana and that was all. But we got to see Sarver and Megan Joy with Steve Martin, which was horrendous. We got to see Normund Gentle and Tatiana on the screen longer than we did Matt Giraud and they weren't even in the top 13. I'm a big Matt fan, and I was mad that he didn't get to do a duet or anything besides sing with the whole top 13, so this explains a lot.
