How exactly does this proves that it wasn't the Gokey fans? Are any of them from Aranksas? LOL, don't get me wrong. I don't dispute the fact that VFTW can influence the competition. It's very possible that it kept Gokey over Allison. Most likely, the monkey won with the biggest margin in Idol history. People just assume because of the pimping that Adam had more fans, however, every single fact given completley contradicts that. Why do people assume that Adam even had a shot is beyond me.

My crazy Honors English teacher totally analyzed why Adam didn't win with us. She's very good at that kind of thing, but she and AT&;T probably forgot that Arkansas apparently is more densely populated than Japan.

Now, all I wonder is why people were not smart enough to look up the fact that only 2.5 million people reside in Arkansas, let alone vote on American Idol. Still though, I wouldn't thing VFTW did THAT much for it. I thought that with Adam's voice, it was impossible for him to win... I'm surprised he wasn't chosen as the worst with just a bunch of low notes with bad diction and intonation, or screechy, flat high notes with a really high chest voice that pulled the attention from the bad singing.

Sorry guys, but the only thing they denied is that they ever confirmed anything, there is still a huge chance that the votes did mainly come from Arkansas, just that they didn't tell any reporters there.

Let's face it, this was some media bullcrap designated to help them save face for anointing Adam Lambert the winner and having it blow up in their faces. The only thing Adam can win now is the Edward James Olmos award for Best Skin. btw, VFTW victory! ;-)
