"But, if the votes don't matter, why bother voting in a bloc here? Just askin?"

Take a few minutes and scroll through some of the comments from the various fantard groups, and the amused comments from Worsters and you will find your answer. The more we piss people off, the more fun we have, whether we spend time voting or just say we do.

I think adam should have been the top choice. But i think this website had something to do with it. Adam is no doubt the better singer, and everyone knows it. Some poeple may not like him because of the question of his sexualality, but that doesnt matter when theres a good voice like that. That voice can not be wasted.. ever. He would be such a good lead man for a greaat band. Everyone knows it.

So imho, adam should have won. But it really doesnt matter if he did win because he'd have to sing all that crappy music the contract would make you sing. This way he can go out on his own.

I will DEFINATELY be buying his album.

and i think this website shouldnt exist.

peaceeee

p.s. kris sux!

I think the real question is: How do I get invited to one of these Kris Allen voting parties?!?!

It was a couple of AT&;T store employees acting independently. Worst that could happen is AT&;T will fire them for inappropriate use of demo phones. And whose to say other AT&;T employees weren't doing the same thing for other contestant parties but didn't get caught (yet)?

Also according the news reports, it was only at 2 parties and there were only 20 demo phones used.

...hypothetical analogy/question time, lol

Suppose the week after prom it was discovered that some members of the prom committee had provided extra ballots to friends of the newly crowned prom queen and told them to make 10 copies each and stuff the ballot boxes.

What should the school do...?

Similarly, I do believe that what these AT&;T representatives did was highly inappropriate (even though they probably had good intentions), and I don't feel that FOX/Idol simply dismissing the situation is the appropriate response.

But I'm not really sure what they can or should do about it at this point... except for maybe disclosing the exact vote count (including any that were considered invalid) and FINALLY admitting that their voting system is flawed (and fix it).

You underestimate me. :-)

"somebody must have done something really bad to you - so I won't pile on."

Yea, my parents locked me up in the basement and forced me to listen to Adam Lambert "singing" for a week straight.

"everyone has a right to say whatever the hell they want "

And I have the right to call you out on your BS.

"It's about a crooked greedy show and bringing their crooked, greedy behavior to everyone's attention."

If Glambert had won nobody would be whining this much.
