PETA cannot be taken seriously. The group who gladly throws paint on a person's fur coat while they are walking down the street.........the group who uses almost naked women eating veggies to promote their cause? Give me a break......a lot of these organizations are absolute jokes! I'm all for treating animals right, but PETA needs to re-evaluate their way of doing things. Have you really looked at a vegetarian anyway? Most of them I have seen are really pale and look as though they could use a good piece of Tilapia. A lot of these organizations cannot be taken seriously. It's not about anything but the MONEY. I lived in Florida for six years and can tell you that if you want help during the aftermath of a hurricane, you'd better call the Salvation Army and not the Red Cross. I worked in disaster relief for a Baptist organization and watched how the Red Cross would turn people away after they had just raised $17 million. Our organization took people in, gave them money, fed them and helped them to get back home. It was the Salvation Army and the Baptist organizations who actually helped people. I WILL NOT support most of these organizations unless it is the Salvation Army or a Baptist organization and maybe some Sheriff's Associations - you don't know where the money is going and and a lot of them say one thing and then do another.
