Kylie works with probably dozens of different producers per album. She does a few tracks each with a whole load of people and then they just cull the best stuff together into an album. At any rate, "Spinning Around" is a very good Kylie song, so the track record is there.

In other news, Kylie Minogue doesn't care that her career is going to die because Kara hasn't had a new idea since 2000 and Paula hasn't been sober since... ever.
