Adam Lambert Finally Says He's Gay in Rolling Stone

Coming as no surprise to anyone, Adam Lambert was waiting to announce his homosexuality like it was a big deal in Rolling Stone. He was probably offered a big paycheck. Otherwise there was no reason for him to pussyfoot around the issue for so long. Adam is quoted as saying, "Right after the finale, I almost started talking about it to the reporters, but I thought, 'I'm going to wait for Rolling Stone, that will be cooler.'" Yeah, ok... Adam also admits he's been on plenty of drugs (pot, Ecstasy, cocaine) and that he was hot for Kris Allen, but Kris didn't reciprocate because of his wife. Hey, at least the guy is being candid and not doing the typical "I love everyone" Idol B.S. interview most contestants do, so good for him.

Did you all just hear that LOUD noise? It was the hearts of tweeny girls and desperate housewives breaking when they learned the sexuality of their beloved karaoke singer.

As a gay man I actually like the stuff I've heard so far. He has been unabashed and not shy about his true feelings in this article. It wasn't the pat safe answers we here from so many. Very interesting his quotes about being roommates with Kris. Good for him.

I think it's so stupid how he landed on the cover of Rolling Stones to announce the obvious.

I'm glad he didn't sugar coat the interview and admitted to drug use and other things. That should piss off some tards.

I like how one of the other headlines on the cover is "Ending the Drug War" when their coverboy discusses his use of illegal drugs. Nice move Rolling Stone.

My one question from what I have read of the article...did Adam really think that being on AI would cause people to take him seriously? Get him noticed, sure, but taken seriously?! I think not.

I'm going to go check on Aperilla now and see how she's doing. Poor thing. This might just push her over the edge she's been teetering on for months now.
