Yeah! Ashley Ferl, better known as Sanjaya's crying girl during season 6 of American Idol, is now 16 years old and is trying out for American Idol today in Los Angeles. Hopefully she does well, we would totally support her. Cry for us, Ashley!

UPDATE: We've heard from multiple places... Ashley didn't make it. What the fuck? They didn't even let her through to the judges at least? Lame.

Ashley is just being exploited by her parents. All she will do is bawl for another 5 mins of fame, while her evil mom tries to score an ad deal or somesuch, poor child.
