Someone posted on their LJ that these same losers show up for a lot of events. In this case, Adam being gay, just gave them more to protest. From an Adam fan board:

These people make a living out of protesting , same group that protest soldier's funerals etc, their gig is they hope to create a confrontation with the public or police then they sue the city, town . police for not protecting them or their right to protest they have made quite a bit of money

Last year, when there was the shooting at NIU, a group of those creeps came to protest the funerals of the kids that were got in the class. It was all over our local papers and a huge group of people went to the protests to block the idiots so the families of the kids killed wouldn't have to see the shitheads saying their kid deserved to be shot because of people being too tolerant of gay people or something.
