Ryan Tedder Fires Back at Kelly Clarkson Over "Already Gone" Allegations

Perpetual crap songwriter Ryan Tedder is firing back at Kelly Clarkson after she exposed the fact that he gave Beyonce and Kelly the same song, which turned into 2 ridiculously similar singles, "Halo" and "Already Gone". Kelly felt embarrassed about releasing a song that makes her look like she stole the music, understandably. Ryan told TMZ:

"Already Gone" is one of the best song I've written or produced since "Bleeding Love" and stands tall on it's own merits apart from "Halo".

They are two entirely different songs conceptually, melodically, & lyrically and I would never try to dupe an artist such as Kelly Clarkson or Beyoncé into recording over the same musical track, the idea is both hurtful & absurd.

He also said he wants people to listen and form their own opinions. Anyone with working eardrums can tell that it's the same song. You're not getting out of this one that easily, Ryan. Especially since you think "Bleeding Love" was a good song. Crazy!

"Bleeding Love" isn't thaaaaat bad.

What about that diarrhea-inducing hunk o' junk known as "Apologize"?

Ryan Tedder has all the talent of a single pube on Paul McCartney's testes... and even that is an over-statement.

I actually like "Bleeding Love", and I do detest "Halo." One of the worst song of the year.

Well, Ryan is right - it's a totally different song (even if it is to the same track). She chose to write with Ryan - AND she actually wrote the song, as well. Is she going for career suicide?

If this is true, she should bite her tongue and get out of the contract as soon as she can.

It doesn't sound like he was trying to dupe anybody, it just sounds like he's lazy, right?

Legally he's probably correct whereby the songs are sufficiently distinguishable to entitle them to separare copyrights, but if the impetus for Kelly to speak out was to clear her reputation because of accusations of plagiarism, then in the court of public opinion this guy didn't do enough to protect the artists he was hired to help.

Epic fail, Tedder. Team Kelly!
