I would bet that if this song were offered to Chicago or Air Supply in the 80s they both would have declined it as "too lame".

I didn't think it was that bad, actually. It does show that the song is better suited for a female voice. I think Kara structured the song to Adam's voice, thinking she could treat Adam's voice like a female voice because he has a high belt range. Since she's a music professional, I would have thought she would not fall into that trap.

I still don't think it's a good song, but I wouldn't say it's AWFUL. It's really more forgettable than anything else.
