2002 was the year I stopped listening to the pop stations all together and went back to listening to classic rock. So I heard some of this music peripherally but the only song on this list that I have ever heard in its totality is that stupid Toby Keith song.

Why? Because I live in a Red state where people think stuff like that is actually discourse and ignorance is a religion.

I posted on FB yesterday that I thought racism was still very prevalent in this country and has become more visible since Obama was elected. And I had two different white male friends accuse me of calling them racist because they don't agree with Obama's policies. Excuse me? How do you even get from here to there?

Toby Keith could write our foreign policy tho, yeah, just put a boot in their asses...
