They were pretty good, but boy, that performance was LONG! (sense sarcasm). They were pretty good, though, and I didn't want to rip off my ears, so good for Syesha.
Syesha is finally realizing her place is on Broadway, and not as a pop star. Madam, take note. Good for her that she is getting some type of work. Though she has an album coming out? (FAIL).
At least she is self-aware enough to understand all Season 7 was about was David vs. David. She didn't mention anything memorable but herself on the show at all. That made me LoL.
She still bores me to tears unfortunately. Beyonce sung that song and performed it better and more interesting. And that's not saying much.
Beyonce is a performer and she can barely sing shit unlike Syesha Mercado. Maybe that's why Beyonce's performance was more entertaining than Syeshas'.
Anyway, I think Syesha can have a singing career but I'm not so sure since there are too many people like her out there. She'll have to change it up a bit. I loved her performance of One Rock and Roll Too many on American Idol though. Even Randy and I think Simon said that she could be a huge broadway star.
