I'm gonna be perfectly honest here and say that I actually kinda enjoyed this CD. No it's not original, innovative, or ground-breaking, but if anyone was going into it thinking that's what they would find, then they're bound to be let down many times over. It's a smart move for 19 to give Kris music that's somewhat relatable to other popular artists and what sells now. The CD was pleasant (some songs were surprisingly good) and I got thourgh the entire thing without wanting to rip my ears off. To put that into perspective I couldn't even get through 5 30 second previews of Adam's CD.

So whatever. Good luck to Kris. It should do ok for a debut album.

Considering how fast he put the album together and how much 19E must have pushed him around (he may have co-written 9 songs, but he didn't produce them), it's a really good first effort, even if a little over-produced. I would have like to hear more accoustic stuff.

Best tracks: Before We Come Undone, Is It Over, Can't Stay Away, Written all over my face

Worst tracks: Lifetime, Living Like We're Dying (of course they had to make it the single), The Truth, Heartless

I like how this site became moderate and balanced! (no sarcasm there at all, seriously). Back in the day it was all negative and super-snark but now you guys are cool and well-rounded. Aw. :) I like VFTW.

What happened to VFTW? Wasn't anybody who took AI seriously (let alone won) supposed to receive nothing but hate? You taught us to summarily despise all E19 products, and now you are liking one yourself! How ironic.

To the people criticizing me for liking the CD:

So I have to hate everything to run this site? Jeez, you have high expectations of my negativity ;-) I don't make fun of things just to mock them. I only mock things that deserve it. Such as Adam Lambert's every move.

Besides, I called the CD unoriginal and said Kris sounded whiny on some songs. What do you want from me? WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?????????11111

I feel like Ann Rivall and Cailley Hammel. *tear*

Do you all see what you went and did? You hurt funnystone's feelings, that's what you did. You heartless bastards. Funny, sweetheart, you just come here and I'll make all those boo-boos go away, that's right, come snuggle right here in my nice warm bosom. Bad scary mean people can't hurt you when you're wrapped up nice and tight in the safety of my double D's. That's right, nice and warm and safe....there there, don't be frightened..... ***suckling sounds***

Funnystone you've lost your edge. You are no longer funny. You've officially turned into a Kristard. How embarassing for you. The CD sucks. Every song is as boring as he is. His vocals are whiney and nasally.

I'm beginning to wonder if their is anyone over the age of 13 on this site. Seriously, does Kris have any fans over the age of 13?
