I can't STAND Gene Simmons, but whether you want to admit it or not, KISS is and has been one of THE most recognized rock bands in the world for more than 30 years, and has fans that have stuck by them for decades. Music is subjective. We all have music we loathe for whatever reason. Listening to Celine Dion is like Clockwork Orange for me, but to say she doesnt have a phenomenal voice is just stupid. Even Gene Simmons is musically very talented though not much of a singer and a mediocre bass player, an accomplished songwriter and performer.
