Trenyce in "Love in the Nick of Tyme"

One of our favorite robbed Idol contestant, Trenyce, was in a play called Love In the Nick of Tyme. She stars as a haridresser named Portia who gets pregnant by one of the salon owner's flames. The play is now available on DVD at Amazon, so make sure to go pick it up and catch a great performance by another talented contestant who's making things happen on her own.

I FUCKING LOVED TRENYCE.

Every time VFTW is nice to her (which is a lot), my heart warms a little bit. That Joshua Gracin beat her still makes me fume.

On her own? Come on guys, I understand that yo mean the prodicers arent helping, but had she never been on American Idol in the first place she wouldn't have gotten this. This goes for the other 40 people who have been doing it on their own.

Not so. Many Idol contestants are doing things they could have done without the exposure of Idol, such as this play. It just takes drive and talent. I'm sure the producers cast Trenyce because she is talented, not because she placed 5th place on a karaoke show 7 years ago.
