Who is doing better on the Billboard charts, which is what this post was about.  Didn't your Mom warn you about licking the windows on the short bus?  They're obviously covered in lead.

Well, I pretty much agree with the worsters on this one now, but I just want to comment on one thing... Someone made a snide comment about ending up on Broadway. Why is doing Broadway a bad thing? Personally, as a lowly community theater actress, I'd give my right arm to be on Broadway. Just saying. :-) Love you worsters!

"... Kris's self-titled album being the first Idol winner's debut release to fail to crack the top 10 in its first week (it debuted at #11... Kris Allen had the lowest debut sales week of any Idol champ (his tally of approximately 80,000 beat Jordin Sparks's "low" first-week sales record of 119,000) And likewise, Adam Lambert's sales coup for For Your Entertainment--debuting at #2, with roughly 225,000 units sold--is being (somewhat rightfully) hyped as a smashing success." Number 2. VFTW Fail, AGAIN. You guys are so sad.

We said he would sell that much his first week due to Idol ties alone... this isn't a shock. And we already reported it. Come back and try gloating in January when the album has disappeared. Trust me, you don't want to start shit now, because we'll be laughing at you in less than a month when no one cares about Adam anymore. He's had 3 singles fail already. Take the hint.

Hits Daily Double predicts him at number 3 actually. Below Boyle and Miley Cyrus. Not every place has reported in yet, but I do find that a little funny. ETA: now that full numbers came in, he did surpass Miley, but got beaten by Andrea Bocelli. Still #3 though.

Funnystone, if Lambert fails to sell 500k globally you can mock me, I can take it. And, I will come back and say Im a douche and I was wrong, VFTW was right and you rule. I can admit when I am wrong. The question is, can you? "Who is doing better on the Billboard charts, which is what this post was about." Errrrr, Lambert apparently.

In the meantime, the FYE single is back to #61 one week later. Will it move up or sink again?
