On the bright side, she's not wearing the harsh vampire makeup, so she's looking generically pretty (I'll giver her the tons of hair-spray since she's out in the wind for hours). But the oom-pah music that plays for a couple of seconds at the very end fits the corny stage better.

Is she lipsynching? Yes, almost all the performers in the parade lipsynch, it's just easier that way for the TV and sound guys. The smarter performers will record a version of their song that doesn't sound exactly like the CD in order to fool the audiences a bit. Maybe she rushed through that. I actually kind of like the blonde hair here though... maybe she softened it up a bit when she realized it was too harsh? Looks great without the 18 tons of Christina Aguilera-type eye makeup too!
