"- I AM doing Leno though. And lookin into something for NYE."--Lamebert's tweet This would have been a good thing last year when Leno was still hosting the Tonight Show but since he decided to do his own thing, the ratings haven't been that great for him. They're desperate enough to book Madam. As for NYE, the Cows on MJ have been heckling and pitying Kris and Allison for "only" doing the New Year's Eve show on Fox while Madam is on the "more popular" Dick Clark one. Well, now I'll bet they're hoping (and harrassing) Fox will add him to their line up, too, cuz now being on Fox is suddenly good enough for Adam now that he's been black-balled by ABC.

I've been seeing the commercial for the Babs Walters special. They show a little clip of Madame saying "I'm a homosexual, GET OVER IT", really cocky and arrogant like he does so well. What a self-important douchebag he is and the fail he's experiencing, as much as the obnoxious cows try to spin it, is NOT about "homophobia". That's bullshit. Everything that's happening to him now is because of HIS actions, not because of "homophobia". I'm so freaking sick of that word, and I'm so damn sick of him. He's shown everyone what he's about, and I don't think too many people want in on that. He's better off out of the public eye, maybe he should just hang out in places where they let trannies go to the bathroom on each other and enjoy it while they're doing it.

And you think sparkle cows are bad calling places, twittering, spamming and shit, and here you sit telling people to call ABC? Fuck that is the funniest and most hypocritical thing ever. You are just a big old pack of sparkle cows yourselves. Hate or love, you are just like they are. Fuck, thats awesome.

Sorry I am not the biggest fan of Adam Lambert but as a long time poster I am disappointed by the tone of some of the posts on here. His vocal performance at the AMAs was crap but was is getting him banned is pure homophobia. As a gay man it was good to see him push the envelope and kiss another man. It very rarely happens on tv. And that is what is getting him banned. If he left those parts out and sang as crappy as he did they'd still be having him on those shows. They banned for the same thing heterosexual artists have been doing for years. I think he deserves to fail if he continues to do crappy vocal performances like that at the VMAs. But it infuriates me that we are calling him a failure because he's being locked out of shows because of blantent homophobia plain and simple.

Also for the record as reported on another website. Pink did the same thing grinding a guy's face into her crotch at the 2004 Billboard Awards yet no controversy from that. This is the kind of stuff that really angers me about our society. Let this guy fail for his crappy music. But in the end though it's being called FAIL on here might be the thing that keeps his crappy music around longer. Someone once said there's no such thing as bad controversy. Without this his music would have doomed him to playing state fairs. Now it may keep in the spotlight longer.

Sorry but the homophobia routine doesn't fly. As a brand new artist, Adam was given a coveted spot on an awards show by ABC. Instead of using it to showcase his talent, he went for sleeze and shock, sang like ass, then when it was all over he figuratively AND literally gave ABC the finger. Now they are giving it back to him. No network is under any obligation to reward his bad behavior. What Janet Jackson or Pink did years ago on other networks is irrelevant. This is between Madam and ABC. It's sickening how the sparkle cows are trying to make this into a gay rights campaign. Madam's album is tanking down the Itunes chart and this seems like a desperate effort to keep his name in the headlines for another few days.

Laughing at the thought of Madame playing a state fair. I'm sure the farmers would love him. He could sing the 'Star Spangled Banner' surrounded by REAL sheep. I think his OTT ego and unpredictability are what's hurt him. Madame has had more post season exposure and opportunity for success than any Idol before him. He has wasted it. People are not rejecting him because he is gay, they are rejecting him because he behaves like an asshat.

@manlambda The incident with Pink was censored and the parents ALSO got up in arms and called. http://www.contactmusic.com/new/xmlfeed.nsf/story/nicole-.-pink-upset-billboard-awards-organisers Quote : Organisers of last night's (10DEC03) BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS are fuming after PINK and LIONEL RICHIE's daughter NICOLE turned the airwaves blue. Worried parents jammed phone lines when censors, trying to keep the live TV coverage clean while it was beamed to America's east coast, failed to bleep out foul-mouthed socialite-turned-reality TV star Richie. They then had to act quickly to prevent the viewing public from seeing Pink and a dancer simulating oral sex during her performance on the show. One event spokesman says, "Didn't these girls realise this was a live show? I don't know what they were thinking. Kids watch the Billboard Awards." So that excuse doesn't wash because the same thing happened. There were about 4 incidents in Lambert's routine in that one performance. From someone giving him head, to flipping the bird off. The FCC got on the network that had Janet Jackson/Justin Timberlake and they are established artists. Madame is not even that.

The point being he was banned from ABC because of a double standard which you can either see or ignore. Yes there was outrage from Pink's performance but I can't find anywhere that other performances were cancelled. Again I am not a fan of Lambert but I am F***ing sick and tired of a double standard within our society plain and simple. And i'm not buying it's because he's not an established artist. Homophobia is rampant.
