milnic00, What's your point on Adam's performance tonight? I've seen you link this website as well on Angela Martin's missing mother post. I'd rather watch paint dry in Houston than waste my time watching Adam's tripe they call talent. As for the response for Kelly's firing, you go girl!

Why are we talking about the Adam Lambert New Years Eve party that isn't even important enough to televise? Epic fail. Back to Kelly Clarkson.

Amen, Funnystone. I didn't see where she actually fired him, as in "you're fired". In the "you'll get yours" speech, one could assume that's what happened. Interesting that this didn't show up until now. Perhaps it was covered ad nauseum in the media in '05.....

I dunno how awesome it is to publicly fire someone like that. I think Kelly needs to take a course in Labor relations. If you are going to fire someone for stepping out of line, insulting the audience or whatever, fine, but don't humiliate them in public, do it after the show.

Do we have a video of Chris Daughtry firing his guitarist for playing 4 chords. "NOBODY IN THIS BAND PLAYS MORE THAN 3 CHORDS..NOBODY!!!" Man, Kelly was skinny back then. Like unhealthy skinny considering her frame.

I say she was right on the money with this one. If he was insulting the audience or being rude, then he DESERVED to be called out on it in front of the audience. Way to go Kelly!

I couldn't agree more. Unless Dwayne Leary exposed himself to the audience, there's really no excuse for KC humiliating the guy onstage (and now, all over the Internet). What she did to his ability to earn a living is far worse than what he did to hers. She's a diva.
