Here's the thing: if you're angry about something and want to write a complaint about it, calm down first. Peoples' thoughts tend to get clouded when they're angry, and rational thinking does not always occurr. When this happens, you say things you wouldn't normally say, do things you wouldn't normally do, etc. If you're calm when writing a complaint, it sounds SOOOO much less stupid.
