(None of these contestants are 100% confirmed in Hollywood, but we have sources that suggest they've made it to Hollywood for season 9 of American Idol)

Jason Diaz has been all over the previews for American Idol 9, so we're guessing the producers love him. This isn't a shock, as he looks like your typical Idol contestant. Also, his voice is an obnoxious falsetto that makes us want to kick puppies, so of course Idol would like him. Jason had a song called "Paper Roses" featured in a November 2009 episode of Gossip Girl and an October 2009 episode of Ghost Whisperer, a second song called "Aftermath" also appeared on Ghost Whisperer, and he played in a Selena Gomez/Demi Lovato music video, so he must have some good connections. It shouldn't be a shock how he got his spot on the show then.

His voice is weak and grating. I doubt he'll get far, black contestants only win if they're fat or transexual.

....I just watched his video for "Isn't She Beautiful" and his voice isn't quite as whiny in it but he sounds like a woman most the time. Maybe "he" could win after all.

Looks like you've found this year's Joanna Pacitti. Let's see if he "mysteriously disappears" from the contest. ;)

Gay.

He sounded like Sanjaya in the two seconds I listened to (I couldn't stand any more). Potential VFTW?

Is his "Paper Roses" the one by Marie Osmond, or original? I have no desire to find out for myself. If the former, she is due royalties from "Gossip Girl" methinks.

Not a good song Good falsetto, but nothing more to it. The song gets worse and worse as you listen.
