Katie Stevens - American Idol 9 Hollywood Contestant

Katie Stevens, a 16 year old from Middlebury, Connecticut is one of the Hollywood contestants this year. She was first runner up at Miss Teen Connecticut last year and won Westbury's Outstanding Teen. She has a good voice, but nothing about her stands out at all in her online videos. She seems to be fodder like the typical pageant teen Idol contestants, but maybe she'll surprise us. Embrace your crazy side, Katie!

*yawn*.... What? Oh... Yeah, I was going to write a comment.

Out of all the possible contestants we've seen I'd say she's on the upper tier when it comes to vocals. Still can't stand that song, though, and I'm 99% sure she would play everything as safe as can be. Personally, I see nothing great about her but I think she'd do rather well on AI.

Nice voice. Easy on the eye. I get a goofy charm from her - a little Kat McPhee-ish. For me this is a good thing. Flame away.
