I am a young 30 something that watches the Idol show when I have a chance. Yes we all know that he sucks but why are you promoting this?? All those other kids on the show are really doing thier best and taking this serious and you are teaching college kids and worse the younger kids that it would be funny to vote for a guy because he is the worst. What does that teach them... Why should they bother applying themselves at anything if jerks like you make sure that those who do not deserva a chance get one?? okay like this is totally not right. sanjaya should have went home in the deciding of the top 12. there is no reason in hell that he should have beat out Sundance. Yes yes, at one point, I too was an Idol freak, glued to my television and yelling when my favorites were voted off. That was six years ago, mind you, during the first season. My poor husband was always sitting in the back, rolling his eyes and sighing with each performance. It wasn't until I had given up on Idol and he alerted me to your website that we finally came together again.
I have now come to see the "light," if you will; and nothing brings my husband and I more happiness than to watch AI every week, breathlessly anticipating Sanjaya's next performance, becoming exhilirated when each week is worse than the last. Thank you, VFTW, thank you for saving my marriage.

You guys say in your opening statement thing that American Idol turns down a number of talented deserving people just to let the worst ones through to make fun of them, so you decided to start this stupid website to help keep the worst ones on the show, just so you can have fun, when you do this you are turning away alot of great singers like Sundance Head and Chris Sligh, they were both great yet you are stupid enough to ruin their dreams just to make yourselves happy, if making this website such a great success is all you have to do with your time maybe you should get off your behinds and do something worthwhile with your lives. I have not been following Idol for the last couple of years. I did watch for a couple though. Then I realized it is all bs. That so many people are so mad is HYSTERICAL. They blame you guys for the war, for child abuse and so many other silly things. Can any of them spell? They say you have no lives, but they are right here wasting their precious lives yelling at you. I am really saddened that you stoop so low as to ask people to vote for the worst singer on American Idol. I love this show, I am 54 years old, a mother of 2 and grandmother of 5 and my husband and I of 34 years think that this show gives people a chance at accomplishing what they have always dreamed of, a career in music. Sanjaya is a nice kid, he sings fairly well, but do we honestly want him to represent the American Idol voters after the show? I don't think so. He is no Carrie Underwood, he is no Kelly Clarkson, or Chris Daughtry, or Taylor Hicks, or Bo Bice....come on you guys, back off and let the show continue being the most honest and exciting show we have. I vote, and I am appalled at you scheme and you should be ashamed.

I think it's absolutely hilarious that these 12 year old girls think they can throw out a lawsuit because of this site and what it's doing. It's sad that most of our young kids think that suing everyone is the answer. It would be funny watching these 12 year old girls trying to pony up the $5-a-week allowance they make for court costs. You're gonna have to do A LOT of baby sitting and lawn mowing to hire an attorney. FYI, little girls, you wouldn't have a case.
