Pete 11, you are so right on the mark. I can't believe how people are freaking out over this site! It's hilarious! If Sanjaya wins, so what? If enough people get a kick out of him, so be it. Other than Lakisha and Melinda everyone else on the show is sub-par anyway, and boring. At least Sanjaya makes me look forward to seeing what he's up to each week! It's a shame people threaten death and lawsuits because they don't like someone's position. Sad.

The free speech first amendment has been used to resolve a number of issues, including libel and slander cases between two individuals, with the United States Government taking no more part than arbiter. So your assertion that the first amendment only covers cases between private citizens and the government is patently false.
