A lot of fat housewives and raging tards have been drooling over Casey James. Well, drool over this...

RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that James has a criminal background and has served time in county jail following offenses of driving while intoxicated, driving with an invalid license and reckless driving.

The first listed offense, for reckless driving, is from 11/03/01. James pled guilty,

was fined $200 and given 30 days in jail as well as being placed on probation for 12 months.

Next up, on 12/29/02 James was busted for driving with an invalid license, to which he pled guilty, was fined $200 and sentenced to 30 days in jail. Finally, on the same date James was arrested for driving while intoxicated, to which he also pled guilty, was fined $300 and sentenced to 75 days in jail.

Hey Freaks, you're drooling over a drunk repeat convict who doesn't give a shit if he runs over children...maybe yours. You make me sick! Kick this inconsiderate convict off the show NOW!!!

First of all. I didn't know who Casey James was because I ain't that familiar with the Idol contestants yet so I googled him. You should go google him Dave. Just to see how my reaction was. :)

And as for the real Casey James, you fucking motherfucking fucker. Bitch go die.

Too bad he's been popped for DWI, that is unfortunate, not very intelligent of him especially being a repeat offender, but c'mon now he's running over children? Thank the Lord he's locked away in the AI Contestant Hotel unable to run down my kid in the street.

I found him entertaining in that he's 'ready to do anything' then strips off parts of his clothing on command. That was a funny, rather pathetic moment.

Are any of us really watching this show looking for actual talent? Or expect to find pillars of the community trying out for this show? I watch for the entertainment factor and that was an entertaining moment with an above average looking (finally) contestant. Did he sing? Did that matter? Not so much. I guess I am a freak.

I wonder if the inmates at the county jail made him take his hair down and his shirt off like Posh and Kara?

Someone who repeatedly drives wasted doesn't give a shit about things like that. This crime should be punished far more severely...starting with kicking this douche off the show.

So he was young and stupid. And he got caught. This was eight years ago. As long as he's changed his habits and has no potential of doing it again, I have no problem with him. Besides, he might give us more stuff to laugh at.

Yes DWI is a horribly irresponsible act that has killed many people. I think if convicted you should be denied the privilege of driving - at least for a very long time. That said he was quite young when this happened, by grace of the higher power did not harm anyone and obviously paid some dues.

A lot of folks, celebrity and otherwise, have had this same conviction - some learn from the mistake and never do it again. Some don't. Seems since he repeated the mistake more than once he's not all that bright. But then this show seems riddled with folks with less than Mensa abilities.

I kept getting the stoner vibe from this guy. I guess his designated driver will be the Cop from Sevierville, TN on the show.
