TMZ Has Chris Golightly's Contract - BUSTED

Chris Golightly claims that he wasn't under contract when he tried out for Idol in 2009, but Dream Projects Entertainment says he did. Chris was disqualified for this and now he's fighting it. So who's right? Looks like it's not Chris. TMZ has obtained a copy of the two-year contract Chris signed on May 30, 2009. That would make him ineligible to go on Idol. BUSTED. So stop whining, Little Orphan Trannie. You did this to yourself. Why would you sign a 2 year contract right before trying out for Idol? Not too smart. Apparently, Chris is holding a press conference today to whine about being disqualified.

Edited To Add: Joe's Place has Chris's release from the contract. So Chris does have a release. And it's funny because so many words are spelled wrong. So what does this teach us? Chris's former manager can't spell and Chris was not smart enough to sign a contract with correctly spelled words. All around, looks like everyone's a loser here.

But you see, he's an orphan, so he's not to be held accountable to Idol's rules.

He is such an asshole. Unless he can prove that Franklin in someway violated the contract, Golightly is soooooooooo screwed. Nobody will sign him now. His dreams for a singing career are gone.

He obviously didn't admit to the contract because he thought that would bar him from going any further in the audition process. He's an idiot or signing anything if he was still unsure what he was going to do and he left TPTB with no choice other than to drop him, what a fool!

Why's he so upset? He's still in DREAM 5. Boy bands are still hot, right?

By getting disqualified and holding this press conference, he got to sing twice...that is one more time than he probably would have sung had he been performing this week on the show.

^ In my opinion, there are still unanswered questions.

- Why is there only 8 days between the supposed dates of the contract &; release? Why sign in the first place if you are about to audition for AI.

- If the release was truly signed on 6/7/09 (I don't think it was), and the reason for it was LOT's desire to audition for AI, wouldn't it have been REALLY important for LOT to have hung onto a copy of the release?

- If he auditioned in July and didn't have a copy of the signed release, why did he wait so long to try and get a copy?

TMZ has video. Its so pathetically desperate that I almost feel sorry for him. Almost. Butchers Man in the Mirror while he's at it.

Good Questions. The Whole Band was released from their contract about a week later because they realized that the Manager was an idiot. It was not to audition for Idol. He Didnt have a copy of the release easily available because he was in the process of a move. He did find it., it was just too late. The ONLY one that is responsible is the idiot manager who called Idol either not realizing that Chris was Dropped (Which I doubt) or to cause trouble for him because of the boy band fiasco. He never thought to get the release before Idol called him last week, because he didnt know there was a problem. The kid isnt too bright, but he didn't set out to lie. He is just way too trusting.
