First off, if you're a lawyer, I'm an Astronaut. You're probably about as qualified to be a lawyer as I am to be an Astronaut, aka, not at all. And what, pray tell, is a certified laywer? Do you mean a Bar Qualified Lawyer licensed to practice law in the state which you are writing from?
