Actually, when the judges were talking about Colton's future, I thought the best thing would be for him to use his current semi-celebrity status and try to audition for some musicals. Apparently, that's what he's doing right now ^^

He did look a little creepy and didn't sing that great, but no matter what they should give everybody a fair shot. (even though that will never happen.)

I wonder why the producers don't try harder to make the performances as good and entertaining as possible.

Forget the competitive element...if songs get too painful to watch people will stop watching...

The song choices and arrangements really need to be punched up a bit to keep the show entertaining.
