wow, that almost is a good point. too bad you made your point on 'vote for the worst.' i like this website and have been reading it for a while, but this smithson thing is silly. stop complaining about unknown talent going home, because voting for the worst person sent alaina and alexandrea home, etc. you can't have it both ways people. i think it's funny what you do here, but don't be a baby when something you don't like happens. if you all hate carly so much (i am indifferent towards her), vote her off. but you're not journalists, you're not really breaking any hard news, so just enjoy the show. vote for the worst or vote for your favorite, but don't cry because carly's still on the show. you're losing validity by crying foul over this, and not the million other reasons the show is shady. (and yes, everyone knows the show is shady)

welcome to the real world.

Just a thought, wouldn't it be funny to keep the Big Fat Fern as long as it takes for AI to break down and put her Satanic Hubby back on TV? I laugh every time they show her mom and a friend, her dad and a neighbor, a plumber and his crack everytime they go to the family shot. What's funnier than an Arkansas Wal-Mart mom explaining a tatooed face and devil horn implants to little Carrie Sue Bob? 'But mommy, doesn't she believe in Jesus?', ' But Mommy, does that mean he has a forked penis?', 'Mommy, do all the Irish sleep with demons?'.

Just for the record, the quotation is actually

"Oh what a tangled web we weave,

When first we practice to deceive!"

from 'Marmion' by Sir Walter Scott:

But whatever. I don't care for that girl.

If you check out Plant's Q&;A on the AI website..it now has a "N/A" on that question instead of "When Sanjaya got kicked off."
