I am taking the time to write this to you although i don't expect you to read it or respect it. i think you have a lot of nerve to call yourself outing David Hernandez. First of all you have no proof that he is Gay, so you should really stop inferring as  much , saying he should be proud! Second, because he works in gay clubs  does not mean he is gay. I have  many straight male friends that has chosen to work in the gay areana because it is a well known fact that gay men are the best tippers in the world. Instead of trying to find the worst about David,  YOU SHOULD APPLAUD HIM HAVING STEPPED OUTSIDE THE BOX AND  USING HIS OTHER ASSETS TO MAKE HIS DREAMS COME TRUE. I commend him for using what talent he has to achieve his goals, HE IS GROWING!  Whether or not he is gay,  is no one business,  unless he choses to say. I am sure some gay man or  some gay men's life are happier because David was a stripper. Who did he hurt?  As an American Idol contestant he should be judged by his voice, not his sexuality. I think you may be , or someone there in your organization  must be gay , looking to see nudie pictures of David because he is a handsome young man. I can't see any straight man wanting to see him nude!!!!!! Give him a break.. he is not stealing, robbing, doing drugs.. what he did as a stripper, IF HE ACTUALLY WAS ONE,  was done in an ADULT  environment,, and you should RESPECT OUR AMERICAN FAMILIES AND YOUTH     and leave it in the ADULT arena, AND STOP PUBLISHING THIS TRASH IN FRONT OF OUR CHILDREN! I vote you a the worst kind of human being!  GET A LIFE...  With all the real concerns we have in this world all you can do is try to OUT a young man that is trying to improve his quality of life.... and That is really SAD!

Lemme tell you, last season you told people to vote for the suckiest singer Blake, and IT DIDN'T WORK! Ha! Jordin beat him, and you just start making all this crap to keep your fans! this is the lamest site I have ever seen. seriously. and that's pretty bad because there's a lot of stupid websites out there. it's really not funny to even have this. American Idol does have really good singers, you dumb fucks, and there's a lot of really good contestants on it this year. You have no right to say Simon, Paula, and Randy picked bad singers out and let the good ones go because of "their personality." They know what they're doing when they pick out the singers. Paula and Randy have been famous singers, and have any of you people on votefortheworst.com ever been famous? No, you've just been famous for being fucking losers and trying to ruin American Idol. You think you're ruining it, but only making it better? Guess what- You are ruining it because you don't know the first thing about singing and think you're so cool and smart. American Idol is really Simon's show and he also knows what he's doing. Sure, he criticizes people a lot, but he does that to help them. If any of these people want to become famous singers, they've got to know that not everyone is going to love them and they should just listen to Simon's advice. Stop wasteing your time and just get rid of this website, please. You aren't proving anything, except for the fact that you're all idiots. So what if he's gay?  So what if he stripped at a gay bar?  Was he doing something illegal? Why not talk about the good things like; his GREAT singing and voice, how he graduated from high school, how he graduated from college and even put himself through the University? How VERY handsome he is?  How far he has gotten in life on his own?  I think David represents so much of what we ourselves have gone through, of what we have accomplished and haven't gotten credit for.  Instead of pounding on him, let's support him. He's not on American Idol to question his sexual preference, he is on there to prove that he can sing.  The reason this is SO big is because it didn't come from David himself.  His so called friends are making a quick buck and getting their 5 minutes of fame by publishing everything they shared with David, including private pictures.  That's OK too, everyone needs attention.  The manager at the Cabaret is probably fuming that it wasn't him who discovered David's GREAT singing, so instead, he has to satisfy himself with proving that David was his co-worker!  How sad for him. As for David not wanting to "come out", "HELLO" David did come out, he came out with tons of people he thought were his friends.  We have all handled this situation with our families very differently, and David is no exception.  So for all of us who are accusing him of being "a pussy" for not publishing to the world that he is gay, "Get Over It!!"  I'm just wondering how long it took you all to tell your parents and family??? I don't know what Planet you're from, but here on Earth at least 1/3 of the population is gay.  So what's the big deal?  David, you are the BOMB!!  Keep ROCKING, and Keep up the GREAT singing.  We got your back in CALI

I just wanted to say that I think it is so funny all these people who write you in defense of American Idol. It cracks me up. This is a show that put itself on the map with public humiliation and ridicule. Yet, they feel it is their duty to defend 24 people. In the beginning, they watch every week with glee as Simon makes fun of some mentally challenged person, or maybe some overweight person or some nerd. Why do these people feel it is ok to humiliate people such as this? Oh, but don't touch the top 24! Don't crush their dreams. This show is nothing but a scam. Two years ago my daughter auditioned. I thought it was interesting that I heard a rumor that AI was looking for an R& B black female singer. I thought it was interesting that the only people in the top 24 that could sing were R & B black female singers. The people who produce that show care less about how many people they hurt. Some of the kids who go to those auditions don't have two nickels to rub together. But they scrounge up everything they have to get to those auditions. I watched as people were herded like cattle. Some people passed out from heat stroke. All the money AI has and they can't give out water, even cattle gets free water.  For what? So American Idol can put through some jackass in a banana suit? Nobody who defends AI ever thinks about any of those people. They only care about their top precious 24  who really don't have much talent anyway. I've seen better talent in at a high school. This show is responsible  for the watering down of talent in America. Young people have no clue what a talented singer is anymore. Thanks to this crap. Thanks for letting me ramble on. I could do this all day.

I used to really not like you guys so much, though I will admit the idea of vote for the worst is genius in the beginning I was not a fan. I liked my television to have integrity or something like that. But this year, everything has changed. I don't know if its the boys that look like girls, all the cattiness I read about or the fact that Simon Cowell isn't going to be a spokesmen for Viagra, either way you guys make me laugh (in a good way) and more power to you seeing as how crappy idol has been the past few seasons, but its at its worst this time around.

It is possible to be an American Idol fan and still think this site is hysterical. Your presence on the internet only solidifies the right to free expression online, and I think shaking things up a bit only makes the show more controversial, and thus, more entertaining. Keeping Danny and Amanda around longer is also a cause worth supporting. The best part of this whole site is the mail you get from the illiterate jackasses who blindly follow an understood set of rules that says the best people should win. Please, live long, stay successful, and don't get anally raped while simultaneously committing suicide. The real tragedy of American Idol is that it's creating a generation of obsessed freaks who send mail like that!

You guys are not a threat to anyone. You are a tiny force and you have zero influence on this show. Week 1 was a perfect example. You could not even keep the Girl you were backing in the competition.  OF ALL the weeks to see if you had any power at all week 1 was the easiest. You and your voters (if there are any) could not even effect the outcome. I guess without Howard Stern's backing this year you are an absolute ZERO!  Personally I wish it did work, as this year is full of no talent losers, and I would love to mess with the show. I don't understand why you care so much about American Idol that you feel the need to have people vote for the worst.  I mean if you were half as cool as you claimed to be I am sure you would find something better to do with your time then watch a pop show and compete against 14 year olds for the winner.  Sounds to me like you are just as big a D-bag as the people you consider to be losers who watch the show and actually care.  Why don't you get a life and find something more constructive to do with your time?

Lol.  I just have to laugh.  I have to laugh at the emails you post.  The poor spelling, grammar usage and heavy use of expletives really does NOT help the cases of these people.  Also, I love how they are so ignorant....how they don't really get what America is about....how they think you should kill yourself....how they call you gay as if that is a crime or an insult....and well...you know.  They are funny.....and sad in a number of ways.  I can't read them all because it sickens me how stupid the sheep are. Do you only post emails from ignorant people?  Do you ever post well thought out arguments? I think the site is amusing and obviously I read it, but I don't agree with what you're doing.  I don't agree with letting people who are not true amateurs in the contest either or some of the other faux reality we are fed.  I don't vote but it can be an amusing show. Anyway, I actually I have a request.  I know you won't do it or take it seriously, but I still have to ask.  Could you PLEASE pick a different girl than Amanda as your worst?  Lol.  She REALLY hurts my eardrums and I cannot stand that mumbly screechy thing she does.  I have no idea why the judges dig it.  I don't care if it's her "style"....it's horrid!  Blech!!!  Please...think about our eardrums!!!  Poor singing, missing notes and being pitchy is one thing.....her screeching is just torture!!!!!

After reading a sampling of the hate mail you receive, I felt compelled to offer something to those who have so much anger for VFTW. American Idol is quite possibly the most cynical 'reality' show I have ever seen. The sole purpose of this show is to fabricate a pop star. It has little, if anything, to do with actual talent. Rather, it is about spending an entire season advertising an album, promoting a singer who fits into a pre-made slot, and giving viewers the illusion that they have any choice in the matter. If you're going to invest your anger over the the ruining of the contestants' lives and dreams, direct that anger to the producers, not to the people who point out the scam. Consider this: last night, Seacrest said that 31 million votes were counted, which Idol wants you to believe that 31 million actual people voted. Idol offers no accountability or oversight for their voting procedures, and we all know that each caller can make a near-infinite number of votes in the allotted time. With no oversight, how do we know that the producers of the show aren't setting up auto-dialers to sway the 'vote' in the direction they choose? Idol doesn't have to hold itself to the rules that govern game shows and competitions, because it's classified as a 'reality' show. There can be few reasons for that classification, none of which are good. Idol should allow its vote counts  to be independently audited  but of course, that'll never happen. It's a scam, people!
