Crystal Bowersox Will Be Eliminated If She Doesn't Perform Tonight

It's likely that Crystal Bowersox may not perform tonight due to being out for illness. Executive Producer of Idol Ken Warwick tells Ryan Seacrest's radio show that if she can't compete tonight, she will automstically be eliminated. This is mostly good news with a little bad news. The good news is if Crystal goes home, only one other female will go as well, dramatically helping Haeley's chances of lasting another week. VFTW Victory! The tiny bit of bad news is that Crystal seems like the type to talk back to the judges, and we love that. But if sacrifices have to be made to help Haeley advance, then so it must be. Haeley for the win!

All they'd really have to do is just eliminate 1 tonite, let her perform next week and take out 3 next week. It's a little messy, but at least it would let her stay in, and show that AI has a contestant's interest at heart (sarcasm)

Actually, I'm surprised they were flexible enough to help her by switching the boys and girls nights this week. That's the most I've seen Idol help anyone, besides cutting Angela Martin so she wouldn't have to endure the crapfest that is Idol.

I'm sure they'll just invite Crystal back next year (if there is one...) and she'll go straight through to the top 24 again next year. Whatever, go Haeley!

My 2 cents: it seems like this will be an ongoing thing with her, so it's better to just cut bait with her now and spare her even greater possible heartache by being forced to quit after advancing deep in the competition. Too bad. She seemed like a decent enough girl. But your health has to be top priority.

That is really too bad. Crystal was the only salvation for the show this year...not counting the VFTW people. I don't know if I can stand to watch the show just to vote for the worsters.

Gotta figure this is the last year...which brings up a question. What will VFTW do if AI goes down?

^^ There's always some piece of garbage reality/competition show to glom on to.

I am calling BS on this one. Oh I believe she was hospitalized, likely related to her diabetes. I just suspect that all this noise about booting her if she doesn't perform tonight is BS. She's fine, and the producers know it. Spin the will she or won't she drama. This show has no shame, anything to pump up the ratings.

Vote For the Worst will probably just switch to the new American version of the X Factor.

I think the judges are hoping Crystakl and Lily save the show. Everyone else was horrible. I have no idea ho the judges thought the scream was good- it was excruciating to listen to.
