You're not slow - I was confused by that at first, too. I was pronouncing it (in my head as I would read the posts) as "Chile" like the country. I couldn't figure it out! Was Amanda actually from Santiago? Did she like to eat chili? Was she secretly a penguin? But then they put the "oooh" in front of it at one point and it was then that the golden light shown down from the heavens and I was able to understand! May her Beetlejuice fashion sense continue to live on to growl another day, chile!

Yeah, I really don't think it is late enough in the game for people to see that Amanda really is a smart choice...I mean she's really only beating out people that sucked to begin with like David H. and Kady Malloy. Once we get into the top 8 or whatever and she starts beating out people like Ramiele or Jason Castro, people that many, many people actually like, then I think the VFTW effect will start to kick in really well.

Remember when she beat Alaina and Alexandrea and people were pissed?
