re: blah blah blah, I don't get it, but its not unprecedented. Prince was a "ripoff" of MJ, Cindy Lauper copied Madonna, now this whoever is playing Lady Gaga, and I'm laughing at how blatant it is, and feeling a little old.

I am not surprised. Lacey was a favorite of my husbands until she continued to suck every week. Timmy, albeit bad at least had a few surprisingly 'that did not totally suck' moments. On another noteworthy topic: why is it all of the "Lacey's" have bright red hair and never win their respective reality shows....hmmm someone should do a study..but I digress.

I still don't understand what the tweenies see in this guy. He's not even attractive. Throw in zero personality, non-existent vocals, and horrendous stage presence to create the ultimate craptacular contestant who absolutely SHOULD NOT be there. So he's buff...omfg. Lots of guys are buff. Kris Allen was at least cute in a dopey, monkeyish sort of way. Oh, and he could sing. I guess that's important.

@ Pinkpride I'm no tween but I will admit the boy has more going on than just the body. I would be tarding if I wasn't old enough to be his father. He just can't sing for sh*t. And seems to be in complete shock that he is on American Idol.
