There is nothing here that points to Casey even possibly being gay. Gino says "Yes that's Casey" not "Yes that is my boyfriend." Gino may be be gay and either he knows Casey or he is a fan and has a photo of him with this (in his mind) famous person. NOTHING points to Casey being anything other than willing to be photographed with Gino. I am gay so if he is then great, but this story is pointless!
