Casey/Mike and Lee/Crystal are the Duet Pairings Tonight

It's confirmed that tonight Casey and Mike will be dueting, meaning Lee and Crystal will be dueting as well. It's the VFTW pick and the replaced VFTW pick dueting with the 2 pimped contestants. Who wants to bet the Goat/Fatty duet will be thrown under the bus no matter what happens? Either way, we know Casey is 99% going home tomorrow night, so we're going to have to vote overtime to prevent that one, especially after what will hopefully be a hilarious duet between the two cheesiest contestants.

Besides the obvious Beauty and the Beast for Crystal / Lee with the parts alternating verse to verse, I want to suggest My Heart Will Go On for Casey / Big Mike with Casey as Rose and Big Mike as the Titanic!

Seriously, Lee / Crystal could probably pull off Up Where We Belong - as much as I would hate to see a poser doing a Joe Cocker tune. I can't imagine anything that Casey and Big Mike could do that won't make it painfully obvious again how limited Casey is as a vocalist; but with luck, since the picture shows them both with guitars, Big Mike comes off looking like a pompous ass pointlessly strumming his guitar. The point is to hold the fan base while grabbing some Aaron voters and with VFTW help Casey can do that.

The only way this can be in the slightest bit entertaining is if Lee and Crystal duet with a slow, watered-down Jason Mraz-esque version of Cannibal Corpse's "A Skull Full of Maggots" and Casey and Mike pick a classic from the great Il Divo's songbook.

Not much we can do to keep Goaty from going home, but I'll still vote. On top of him sucking, he's being forced into a duet with Fat Mike which will be pretty entertaining I guess, but still a trainwreck. Seriously, I wonder who chose these pairs?drevil It's quite the mystery.

But more realistically, I can easily see them doing Mrs. Robinson, what with Mike's falsetto and all.
