Was Casey James Forced to Change His Song Choice For the Top 3?

Posters on TopIdol think Casey James was forced to change his song choice for last night's top 3 performance show. And it does seem like that's the case. People Magazine and the LA Times release spoilers about the performances during rehearsals. People said, "Casey was accompanied on stage by his amp. His upbeat tune started with vigor, kicking into a solid groove that will have people on their feet and dancing" and the LA Times said the performance "consisted of him jamming away with a single heavy-duty amp without a care in the world." That doesn't sound like that slow OK, Alright With Me song he performed last night. Did the producers force Casey to change his song to make sure he wouldn't make it into the finale? No one thinks Casey's going to be in the top 2, and even DialIdol has him in the red. Does Casey have a prayer of making it through tonight?

Who's not making it to the top 2?
Casey James
Crystal Bowersox
Lee DeWyze

Those bastards

I know Casey probably won't get through, but I'm trying to stay positive, so I'm hoping Lee leaves.

The fix is in. Extremely blatant all season, even by Idol standards.

Any word yet if AT&T was at any power texting parties in Texas last night? I think that may be the only thing that could have saved Casey with all the BS TPTB are pulling at this point. That and VFTW and the state of Arkansas, that is. ;)

Well the judges threw Casey under the bus with record speed last night, and criticized him for the same things they praised Crystal and Lee for. Made me vote harder, but I think he's doomed :-(. That shit Mayer song was another nail in the coffin.

This ridiculous Karaoke show has stooped to new levels of disgrace. Just when you think it couldn't get any worse, the Idol/Fox producers invent new ways of insulting America's collective intelligence. Giving the "under bus" contestant a terrible song with lousy props and the other "pimped" contestant a known vote getting song with all the props reminiscent of a half time super bowl extravaganza. If Idol fantards truly believe the judges and/or contestants are picking these songs than I have some swamp land to sell them in the Everglades.

By the way, I would like to throw all 3 contestants, Ryan, the judges, and Idol producers in that swamp as gator food. That would be the best contribution they would ever make to the Earth.

Laugh And we will be right here laughing at his pathetic attempts at singing anything live. He'd fuck up Mary Had a Little Lamb. Bring on The Star Spangled Banner!

Poor Goaty. Leave it to Idol to not just hit him with the bus, but also bury him in a bus shaped coffin.

On the bright side, maybe his fantards will start a patishun! Ryan

How is this not a fairly close description to Ok, Alright With Me?
